Description :  
     Our client provides software and services to automate and improve the healthcare supply chain industry. Created and owned by members of the healthcare sector, our client serves suppliers, distributors, providers and group purchasing organizations across North America and Europe.
The Sr. Application Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the operations of our clients production and pre-production application environments. This includes monitoring and maintaining applications running in the company’s environments and monitoring and supporting the processing of customer data on these platforms within our service level agreements. This is a technical position that interfaces extensively with Customer Care, IT Operations, Technical Account Management, and Product Development and directly with the customer’s technical staff to facilitate issue resolution. Additionally, this position interacts with personnel across Europe and America.

Essential Experience
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a supporting EAI or transactional systems in a SAAS or internal service environment within the Supply Chain Management area.
• Deep knowledge of EDI (X12, EANCOM) and XML and transaction mapping principles.
• MSCE required, CCNA a plus
